The basic ingredient is radish – a vegetable grown for its fleshy root wich has medicinal properties. The horseradish is rich in vitamin C, potassium, vitamin B1, B6, iron, vitamin B2, magnesium and phosphorus. It cleans and accelerates the metabolism, reduces fatigue and also supports the development of good bacteria in the stomach.
125 grams of fresh horseradish
3 tablespoons honey
2 teaspoons cinnamon
2 cm ginger root
Method of preparation:
Grate the horseradish and ginger. Add lemon juice and blend it for 3 minutes. Add honey and cinnamon and mix until it becomes smooth. Store the syrup in a jar. Take one tablespoon twice a day before meals or before exercise. Eat it for 3 weeks with a week break. The results will be amazing.
